Who can have an account

Accounts are for students taking the courses. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian confirms your enrolment before your access opens — we ask for their number during sign-up and send them one message to confirm.

One account is one person. Sharing a login, or sharing an activation code you have already used, ends access for the account it was issued to.

Enrolling and paying

You enrol either by paying for a course or by redeeming an activation code your teacher gave you. Either way, your access begins once your details are complete and both phone numbers are confirmed — not at the moment you pay.

Card payments are handled by Stripe on their own checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the price at the moment you buy. Changing a price later does not change what you already paid.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by hand, not by a button. Email us and we will talk about it. We have not written a fixed refund window into this document because we would rather answer the actual situation than point at a rule.

What you may do with the material

Course videos, worksheets and recordings are for your own study while you are enrolled. Downloading them to share, re-post or sell is not allowed, and doing it ends the enrolment without a refund.

Videos carry a watermark showing the account they were played from. That is what it is for.

Live classes and recordings

Live classes may be recorded and published to the course afterwards so students who could not attend can catch up. If you speak or appear in a class, you may be in that recording. Tell your teacher if that is a problem and it will be handled.

Suspending an account

Your teacher can suspend an account — for sharing material, for a payment that did not clear, or for behaviour in a live class. A suspended account keeps its work and its record; it just cannot open lessons.

Changes to these terms

When these change, the date at the top changes with them. A change that affects what you have already paid for will be emailed to you rather than left here to be noticed.
